J&B Pest Control are proud to be a locally owned family business, operating in Mackay since 1990. Since taking ownership in 2016, Jeff & Bec Smith continue to provide clients with quality work and excellent customer service.

Jeff & Bec both grew up in Mackay, starting a family and fulfilling their dream of owning a business by taking over J&B Pest Control. Having seen the business for sale, Jeff & Bec decided to take the next big step in life and take over a small local business which had been their goal for many years.
Jeff was already working in the pest control industry with one of the largest companies and felt he needed a change – to have his own business and to provide affordable pest control to Mackay and surrounds. He is the face of J&B Pest Control, providing quality service to their customers.
Bec is a CPA qualified accountant who left accounting to work alongside Jeff and is the voice on the phone; assisting customers with questions and bookings and providing quality customer service. Bec is also completing her pest control licence to further her knowledge and be able to assist with general pest services.
